Brought to you by St. James AME Church, the Family Health Fair is a FREE event with light snacks and drawings for giveaways every hour! The Cape Girardeau County Public Health Center will be there offering COVID vaccinations and health education about services including ShowMe Healthy Women, Chronic Disease and Diabetes Self-Management Workshops, Rural Health Clinic, and more.
