Back to school immunizations for your kids are available at this Back to School Drive-Thru Clinic. For kindergarten, 8th & 12th grades only. Insurance, including Medicaid, is accepted though not required. You may complete the patient consent form in advance of your visit. We hope to see you and your kids soon!
