The ServSafe Certification is a two day, in-person course presented by the Cape Girardeau County Public Health Center. The exam is administered at the end of the 2nd day and a passing score of 75%+ meets the food safety Manager Training requirement. $125.00 fee payable in person on 1st day of class or online using the link below (covers course, proctor fee, exam).
